Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and customers of azarthelabel.com. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted here.

Who We Are

AZAR is operated by Azar The Label, based in Tampa, Florida. For any questions about these terms or your order, contact us at support@azarthelabel.com.

Orders, Payment & Pricing

All orders are placed through Shopify Payments, which handles payment processing securely. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

One-of-One Pieces

Every Volume 001 dress is individually handcrafted and completely unique. Each piece exists only once and is never reproduced. Because of this, sizing and exact appearance may vary slightly from the product images. Please refer to the measurements provided on each product page before purchasing.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be introduced in the future. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has left our hands.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags attached. Because every piece is one-of-one, we encourage you to review measurements carefully before purchasing. See our Returns page for full details.

SMS & Mobile Messaging

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our Guest List form (or any other AZAR sign-up form), you agree to enroll in AZAR’s SMS marketing program and to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages — including drop announcements, early access, and restock or archive updates — from AZAR at the mobile number you provided. Consent is obtained through an affirmative opt-in and is never pre-selected.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. AZAR’s SMS program is delivered through Klaviyo, our messaging service provider.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any AZAR message; you will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further marketing texts will be sent. For assistance, reply HELP or email support@azarthelabel.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network conditions. Not all carriers or devices may be supported. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and for notifying us (or replying STOP) if that number changes or is no longer yours.

Your mobile number, opt-in record, consent timestamp, and consent status are collected and stored solely to operate the messaging program. This information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for any purpose unrelated to providing the messaging service; it is shared only with the service providers required to deliver our messages. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, copy, logos, and product designs — is the property of Azar The Label and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AZAR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tampa, Florida.
