When you join the Guest List, we may collect your email address and mobile phone number, depending on the information you choose to provide. If you opt in to SMS marketing, we also maintain information relating to your SMS consent and subscription status. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify Payments and are not stored on our servers. We may also collect limited browsing data, such as pages visited and general location, to understand how the site is used.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and ship your orders, communicate with you about purchases, and send marketing emails to members of the Guest List. Where you have separately opted in, we also use your mobile number to send marketing text messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send, and opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. We never sell your personal information.

Service Providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the store. Shopify Payments handles checkout and payment processing. Klaviyo helps us manage Guest List profiles, email marketing, SMS subscriptions, consent records, and marketing communications. Our backend database is hosted with our infrastructure provider. Each of these providers has access only to the information needed to perform their service and is bound by their own privacy obligations.

SMS & Mobile Privacy

Mobile information, including phone numbers, text message opt-in data, SMS consent records, and consent status, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes or for any purposes unrelated to providing our messaging services. We may share this information with service providers solely as necessary to provide, operate, and deliver our messaging services.

If you opt in to receive SMS marketing from AZAR, we may send recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, and opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP.
